Our registration form requires minimal information and does not ask for personal data. During usage of the site, information is only gathered regarding the volume and timing of access to the site by collecting information on the date and pages that were visited at the site (page views). This information is used to record the volume of traffic at GoAirplane.com so that we may better serve our user base.

GoAirplane.com uses Cookies to track session data to keep you logged into the GoAirplane.com system. Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our site. The cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session (when you logout or when you close your browser window). The cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information, only ID’s generated by GoAirplane.com to tie your session to your data in the site.

If you choose to place more information into GoAirplane.com, by using the Scheduler, Maintenance Tracker, or other parts of the site that allow you to load or share information, the information will not be divulged to anyone unless required or requested by official government agencies, or you give permission for us to do so.

Note: The information you enter into the Aircraft Scheduling System will be visible to your Schedule Administrator. For Schedule Administrators, the Schedules names (not the schedule information) you create will be visible to the public.
